Observation/Consultation

Up to 4 Hours (ex. 2.5 hour observation and 1.5 consultation with center director)
observe up to five classrooms giving real time coaching and support reigniting the drive enabling professionals to exceed in their role.
Report on observed classrooms and leaders delivered within 48-72 hours
This investment is $800 per day

Up to 2.5-hour workshop
provide motivational coaching on various topics such as: classroom management, tone, communication (parent-teacher; teacher-student; AAC), accountability, handling tantrums/meltdowns and so much more;
opportunity for your team to ask for tips and support on issues or matters they are experiencing now!
After the workshop, return to the center at a later date to observe up to five classrooms giving real time coaching and support on the things addressed in the workshop (3 hours)
