Speech-language pathologists (SLPs) work to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
At Speaking of... Speech and Language Therapy focuses on the development of functional communication, which includes the intention of the language, social communication, sound production, comprehension, and oral-motor development. Our goal is to increase communication skills for children.
